Fireworks!

Looking for 4th of July Fireworks? Here are three locations-on three different days-for you to consider:

Friday, June 27 - First Baptist Church Tyler presents FREE fireworks festival  over the lake on the South Tyler Campus, located at 17002 Hwy 69 South (just south of Loop 49 at FM 2813 and Hwy 69S) This will feature fireworks, live music by The Avid Light and The Magills, activities for children, inflatables and food for purchase. Marine Honor Guard will march in. The event is free, but they do ask that each family bring 3 canned goods to be donated to the Tyler Family Assistance Center. Last year's guests contributed 650 pounds of food to help local families in need.

Friday, July 4 - Pleasant Hill Baptist Church hosts 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular - 6:30-10 p.m. - Free food will be provided while supplies last.A tribute to our Military, Live Music from the 2012 Inspirational Country Music Award Duo of the Year "BRANDED", Illusionist doing shows in our KidStreet Theatre, bounce house, bungee trampoline are only a few of the highlights. The event is free, fireworks will begin at dusk. Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is located at 13590 State Hwy 110 South approximately 2.5 miles S of loop 323 on Troup Hwy 110 or .10 mile north of Grande Blvd. 903-561-0445

Saturday, July 5 - City fireworks celebration - Free - Lindsey Park - Concessions will begin to be available at about 2 p.m., fireworks will begin at dark.
